About · De Nobis

A registry, not a feed.

NVMERVS is a closed registry of memory. It marks moments with a finite number, a carved stone, a cotton-paper certificate, and a public record. It is deliberately narrow because permanence cannot be made from infinite surfaces.

01

A closed number

The registry holds three hundred sixty-five thousand entries. One for every day in a thousand years. When the last entry is sealed, issuance ends.

02

A physical witness

Every entry is paired with travertine, cotton paper, and a public verification page. The record exists in more than one form.

03

Custody by proof

The cap, schema, roots, exports, and timestamps are designed to be checked and preserved outside one application server.

What NVMERVS is not

No market is required for a memory to stand.

There is no wallet, no chain, no mint, no feed, and no community layer. NVMERVS uses ordinary instruments: stone, paper, database, public proof, and documented custody.

Custody

The record is designed to be understood by those who come after.

Custody begins with the operator under the public cap commitment. Long-term preservation is handled through boring instruments: domain renewals, database backups, public exports, timestamped roots, and documentation that another competent custodian can use.
