This is an implementation placeholder pending legal review. It is written to remove template language before launch work continues.
Information we collect
NVMERVS collects only the information required to seal an entry, fulfill the physical artifact, issue the certificate, maintain the holder record, and answer correspondence. This may include name, email address, shipping information, payment reference, chosen number, commemorated date, occasion word, and the personal letter supplied for the certificate and verification page.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the registry, produce the stone and certificate, deliver the package, maintain proof records, and respond to holder correspondence.
NVMERVS does not operate a feed, advertising network, resale market, or social platform.
Public registry information
Certain entry information is intended to be public: the registry number, sealed date, proof references, and public verification page. Buyer-supplied letter text is shown publicly only when the holder chooses public display.
Service providers
NVMERVS may use providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, workshop fulfillment, shipping, backups, and timestamping. Each provider receives only the information required for its function.
Retention
Registry records are intended to be long-lived. Operational correspondence, payment records, and fulfillment data are retained only as long as needed for legal, accounting, operational, and registry-custody purposes.
